Now I have not used the product myself yet. Our machine is fairly new & we use filtered water only so it'll be a while. So I will update when need be. But I have read the other reviews & people seem to like that it's made with citric acid which is found in fruits. You would cycle it through your machine & flush it out.

The only headache for me was finding the ratio of product to water or if used directly without diluting, instructions aren’t clear enough and had to spend some time searching for it (thank you Google), after figuring this out it was super easy to do, making the cleaning process straightforward and hassle-free.The bottle contains a generous amount of cleaner, ensuring multiple uses. I also appreciate that it's environmentally friendly, which is an added bonus. My ice was starting to taste weird like there where chemicals in the water. Since using this cleaner, my ice machine runs more efficiently, and the ice tastes fresher.I highly recommend this cleaner to anyone looking to maintain their ice machine in top condition.
